Every 90 days, UpToDate requires that you "re-verify" your account to prove that you still have access through your institution. To re-verify, simply access UpToDate through a link provided on the library website.
Once you've logged in to UpToDate using this link, your account should be re-verified for the next 90 days. You can now log in and access UpToDate directly through their website or mobile app.
