If you click on a library link and get an security warning message with a heading the reads "Your connection is not private", it's likely that an outdated security certificate is cached (saved) in your web browser. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies, and then restarting your browser, usually fixes the issue.

If you're using Google Chrome, then you can follow these instructions to clear your cache and cookies.
